As Laguna National Golf Resort Club (LNGRC) was in its pre-opening stage, we were searching for a provider which can provide group fitness classes and personally training services. LNGRC is a premier and prominent Golf Club which boasts two 18-hole championship courses that have won prestigious accolades and hosted international championships. Therefore we had stringent processes and certain standards in terms of hiring the right provider.

SGFitFam provides well rounded services which fits into LNGRC’s setting and environment. SGFitFam possess very wide network of professionals who can provide various kinds of group fitness classes. They also have a group of very dedicated Management team especially Gina, who is the founder of the company. They made sure our needs are met and constantly made communications if necessary to provide their professional opinions and solutions.

1. Services. We were very impressed that the standard of services have exceeded our expectations. No matter at which point of time, and throughout the past year working with Gina and team, issues and problems are dealt with swiftly.

2. Professionalism. The team of Personal Trainers are highly knowledgeable and they always go the extra mile for the members of LNGRC who are also their clients. We have only positive feedbacks from the members about the Personal trainers and all of the members are very happy with the results they achieved from going through personal trainings with SGFitFam.

3. Administration. It was an easy process and an open communication with SGFitFam management team with regards to administration and finances wise. They made everything a breeze for payments as well.

4. Feedback and communication. Gina and team will constantly provide updates and feedbacks with regards to any processes and potential issues. This allowed both parties to constantly improve processes and it certainly brought LNGRC’s services to higher standards in terms of providing fitness advices.
