Most people believe they can do it on their own, but is that really true? We have had clients who thought they could manage on their own without a coach or trainer, which resulted in injuries and ineffective workouts that saw minimal progression. This was due to poor knowledge, execution, and bad techniques.

This program is suitable for anyone who is looking to kickstart a healthier lifestyle at a comfortable pace or as a part of an add-on to your other exercise routine (eg. a runner who wants to add one strength training per week).

Our programs are unique as all of our personal trainers are highly skilled and qualified to ensure a holistic approach to achieving your long-term health goals. The personal trainers will work hand-in-hand to provide you with the best outcome and customize your personalized program accordingly based on your personal experiences and abilities, aiding you in your progress along the way.

We strongly recommend a minimum of 1 face-to-face personal training session per week to see results. To ensure that you are on track, we will conduct body measurements and fitness assessments as well.

    I first engaged SgFitFam for one to one yoga. After a very thorough consultation, I was allocated an amazing trainer. SgFitFam regularly followed up with me on how's my trainer and the sessions.   • For the above program, we recommend seeing your trainer at least once per week. Exercises are like skills that you practice consistently. So if you would like to see more significant changes in a shorter period of time, we will recommend seeing your personal trainer 2 to 3 times a week to start. This helps you establish a consistent fitness routine in order to achieve sustainable results.

  • All of our trainers are qualified personal trainers with up to 2 decades of experience. If a client’s goals change along the way, they may choose to switch to someone who is more suitable/experienced in that aspect.

  • Our team is located islandwide - in boutique gyms: Somerset, Dhoby Ghaut, Kembangan, and Woodlands. Our trainers also do house visits, condominium gyms, outdoors, and virtually as well, depending on your fitness goals. You could let us know your preference during the consultation and we will give recommendations accordingly.

  • Extension of validity will be on case by case basis, but generally, we are quite strict on it and most of the time our answer is no. In the situation the assigned trainer cannot make it on certain days or periods, we will arrange a cover trainer, so you won’t miss your training.
