Kpop X Fitness
Inspired by catchy kpop music videos and using simplified kpop dance moves, added together with aerobic and body toning exercises, it is easy for anyone without a dance background to keep up.
Focuses on proper breathing techniques while getting into different postures and challenging the body to balance with abdominal muscle control. It is gentle and friendly for people with knee or back pain, increases flexibility, strengthens muscles especially the core, improves posture, increases body awareness.
It is a fusion of standing Pilates, boxing and dance in an interval workout, and includes executing the techniques of boxing while moving to the music and beats. Gets your heart pumping, strengthens core, sculpt the body, and elongate muscles.
Influenced by plyometrics, sports conditioning drills, and functional training, it increases fitness levels and builds endurance.
Piloxing The MIX
Inspired by commercial dance from Los Angeles, it is suitable for people of all fitness levels, ages and backgrounds. Dance along to music hits and iconic throwbacks while learning the most current grooves from LA’s dance scene.

Able to be conducted in your office, learn how to release tight muscles at work, how to stretch on a chair and standing up at the desk. If comfortable, suitable partner stretches can be done between colleagues to increase interaction and fun.
