Gina's passion in improving lives started in 2013 when she began conducting body conditioning group classes and found joy in helping others become more aware of their own bodies. Over time, she also realized that people could really benefit from more individual attention to their fitness journeys and decided to venture into Personal Training. Since then, many others have been influenced to lead a healthier lifestyle in and out of the gym.
As a Personal Trainer, she believe in designing training with a rigorous, systematic and scientific process so as to improve the effectiveness of each session, allowing each client to achieve their individual fitness goals while feeling motivated. Specializing in weight loss, rehabilitation and bodybuilding, she hopes to help you achieve your goals in the most effective yet safe way while improving your posture and correcting movements/muscular imbalance. To inject an element of fun into fitness, she has also been trained and certified to teach Zumba, Pilates and Aqua group classes.
