SgFitFam believes in a holistic approach to achieving your fitness goals and offers Customized Personal Training, a unique service that optimizes your usual PT sessions for better results. Each individual will have their own goals so SgFitFam will curate a team of specialists that best suits your needs. For example, you could be engaging a weight management team consisting of a personal trainer, a nutritionist and a movement therapist or you could also be pushed to your limits by an athletics team made up of a triathlon coach, a sports nutritionist and a physiotherapist. The plans that we curate will always put your interests in focus and work harmoniously for the best possible outcomes.

+ How much do you charge each Customized PT session?

Because each plan would require a different set of specialists, the rates will differ between individuals but each session will generally cost between S$90 to S$145, including premium services like a PT session with the founder herself or more specialized treatments such as rehabilitation.

+ How do I book PT sessions?

+ Where are your Corporate Health Programs held?

We can bring health and fitness to your office if there is available space to conduct the programs safely. Most of our corporate clients have talks and workshops in the comfort of their own office while renting a nearby studio for the fitness classes. We will source for studios most suitable for your company.

+ How do I book for Corporate Health Programs?

+ Do I have to bring anything?

A towel and a bottle of water for all classes and sessions will be more than sufficient. Some classes may also require you to bring a swimwear or other items so do check with us if in doubt. Do remember to dress appropriately for classes and sessions!
